Welcome to Lakeview HOA
The Lakeview at Faires Farm Homeowners Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized in 1990, was established to preserve, maintain, and enhance the common areas and home/property values for all 143 homeowners within the association. An elected 9-member board of unpaid volunteers governs the Association.
Our Association was formed to allow homeowners the ability to have a voice and a vote in managing their community. The Association’s purpose is to maintain and preserve all common area properties and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of all our residents. Our covenants and restrictions were created to provide specific guidelines for homeowners to reference in maintaining and preserving their individual properties. The Association’s mission is to foster effective homeowner communications and to forge a spirit of community harmony.
