Welcome to HILLTOP HOA
The Hilltop Home owners Association, Inc. is a not -for-profit corporation organized in 1995 established to preserve, maintain, and enhance the home and property values of homeowners within the association. An elected six member, board of volunteer homeowners, who serve a three-year term, governs the Association. Our Association was formed to allow the homeowners the ability to administer and manage their community. The Association’s purpose is to educate, administer policies, enforce the covenants and restrictions, which legally bind all homeowners to specific guidelines, and act as a clearinghouse for ideas and practices that encourage successful operation and management of our homes and common areas. The Association’s mission is to foster effective homeowners’ communication and to forge a spirit of community harmony.
